Long story short: We’re a family-friendly mobile home community in Carteret, NJ that sets aside a couple sections of empty lots for long-term 5th wheel and bumper-pull RV stays.

This unique situation does mean some unique rules. I’ll cover the important ones here, and the rest can be gone over if you’re interested and contact us:

• RV occupants must pass a credit and criminal background check, the same as our mobile home buyers (650 min experian FICO). This is one way we vouch for the safety of our community

• RV lots can’t be used to establish a primary residence, which is why these lots are best for out of state contract workers, but you can set up mail as if it were.

• Pets: 1 small dog per home, 25lbs max full grown.

Pricing: Depends on the specifics, like the size of the unit, number of vehicles, how many spots we have available, etc, but $1400 per month is a good ballpark figure.
